Goodbye tapes is a short documentary in which I explore my family's archives and home movies to answer a deeply personal question: why have I always been the one to stay behind, witnessing the departure of others? Through this journey, I delve into my childhood footage, re-examining and reinterpreting these images in search of the root of my fear of leaving. It’s a reflection on the act of staying and the emotional complexities surrounding the concept of leaving.
