Plus Minus Seven Vol.1

A documentary performance/installation based on social,
political and personal events from January 2017 to January
2018 in Tehran, Iran. The main idea of this work was to
combine installation with narrative performance.

The audience’s journey starts at the venue with a short
performance of the performer, where she explains seven
significant personal and political moments of 2017. She
would refer to photos, videos, moments and viral videos of
that year without showing them. In the second part, the
performance audience would witness those visual materials
on different platforms using video projections, mobile
phones, laptops, speakers and installation.
